Roberti Culinary Pathway
We give struggling individuals who live in this community the skills needed to enter the foodservice workforce. Our program provides hands-on culinary training and includes food preparation, sanitation, scaling recipes, labeling, juicing, packaging, kitchen communication skills, and proper use of equipment.
Our Impact
The students, the industry, and the community all benefit from the Roberti Culinary Pathway. Our culinary pathway training was developed to act as the catalyst for individuals in the community to build a better life for themselves. The skills and training provides a pathway for job opportunities that were previously unattainable. Our goal is to promote individual economic sustainability through education.

We cook for our community because it fosters a sense of belonging. We are always looking for enthusiastic volunteers who want to help others learn to cook and work in the kitchen.
Donate your time and talent in the kitchen. Your experience and expertise will help train our participants and feed our community. With the help of volunteers, we provide a hands-on experience that combines cooking skills, nutrition knowledge, menu planning, budgeting, kitchen safety, sanitation, and much more.

Roberti Culinary Pathway is dedicated to supporting the community through the provision of healthy, home-cooked meals and food-based education. Though our cause remains the same, you can now contribute – and all you have to do is order.
Our talented Roberti Culinary Pathway (RCP) kitchen can provide lunch, appetizers, desserts – or a custom menu – for your group or event.
All proceeds go back to the RCP kitchen and to food programs that help feed those in need.
From boxed food to full service catering, our Roberti Community Pathway team created fun and delicious food! We cater corporate lunch events, family parties, grand openings, celebrations of life, and much more.
