Serving Our Community
Serving Our Community
Mission:
Nourish, educate and empower community members so they can acknowledge, appreciate and actualize their individual strengths and talents.
Meet Maribeth

Maribeth Roberti started Roberti Community House in 2011 without a single formal program, just a commitment to listen and a desire to create a safe, welcoming place for neighbors to gather.
What began as a simple space to connect has grown into a full house where people don't just participate: they contribute their own skills, interests, and talents.
Today, every program we run is built on that exact same foundation: we listen to our community, we respond to their needs, and we build together to create a true place to belong.
Nourish
Roberti Community House is a place to belong; a place where people are nourished socially, educationally, and emotionally. By fostering connection, learning, and meaningful relationships, we nurture the whole person, helping individuals build self-esteem, discover their strengths, and develop a true sense of belonging in their community.
Educate
Learning builds more than skills. It builds connection and belonging. Our classes evolve with the needs and interests of our community, offering mentoring, adult education, and job training that help people grow, build confidence, share their knowledge, and form meaningful relationships. By learning together, we create opportunities for everyone to feel valued, connected, and part of the community.
Empower
At Roberti Community House, everyone has the opportunity to grow, discover their strengths, and build confidence. Through new skills and meaningful relationships, we create a welcoming community where people support one another, share their gifts, and thrive together.
A Place to Belong
What started as a gathering space has grown into a community where people don’t just participate: they contribute.
Community Voices
We Listen. We Respond. We Build Together.

“RCH fills my cup. After retirement, I was looking for a place to donate my time. Going to the Community House and Kitchen is so inspiring. It's a safe place for the community to gather and share joy.”

“Every time I walk through the door, someone is glad to see me. I came to help, and I found people who feel like family. There is always something to do and always someone to do it with.”

“RCH gave me a place to learn and people who believed I could. I have more confidence than I did a year ago. I am proud to be part of this community.”

See this programCommunity Health Support
Fresh lunch five days a week, grocery distribution, and the practical assistance that keeps a hard month from becoming a hard year. We also connect people to services and help them navigate systems.
See this programQuestions people are hesitant to ask
Nobody should have to guess whether this place is for them. These are the questions we get asked quietly, so we answer them out loud.
Other than catering (where all proceeds go back into the program), everything is completely free of charge.
Yes. We serve whoever shows up. If another organization is closer to you, we will happily tell you about it, but you are welcome here either way.
Immigration status does not matter when accessing services at Roberti Community House. Everyone is welcome, and our support is available to all, regardless of immigration status.
Our schedule is built out of short shifts . A recurring two-hour shift is worth more to us than an occasional long one.
The door is open
Come for a meal, request a service, sign up for a shift, or send a catering inquiry. All of it helps.
